Jornada Digital
Digital Journey
Pedagogically designed to raise visitors' awareness towards an expanded ecological consciousness, the routes proposed by the Projeto Maravilha create a dynamic integration of contemporary art with the Bosque das Artes in the Parque Bondinho Pão de Açúcar®.
Through QR codes scattered throughout the forest, visitors embark on a guided journey led by the Brazilian Tanager (Tiê-Sangue) bird, the host of this adventure of contemporary art, ecology, and entertainment through the Forest.
The starting point for exploring the space begins with a playful 3D bird sculpture, created by illustrator Marina Smit. Inspired by the tangram, a Chinese geometric puzzle popularly used as an educational game, the piece has an opening through which children can enter and interact.
Tiê-Sangue
The Brazilian Tanager is the symbol of the Atlantic Forest, a bird exclusive to Brazil, considered one of the most beautiful in the world. It was one of the first Brazilian bird species recorded by science. Its plumage is bright red, which gave rise to its name in Portuguese "Tiê-Sangue”.
The Brazilian Tanager will be our host on this journey of contemporary art, ecology and entertainment through the Bosque das Artes. He knows the animals and the Atlantic Forest and thus helps to expand the sensitive perception of the work of art and the space in which it is located, establishing a relationship between art, life and nature.
The design of this 3D tile was inspired by the tangram (七巧板), a Chinese geometric puzzle. Popularly used as an educational game, tangram stimulates the development of cognitive skills, logical reasoning, creativity and imagination in all age groups.
